Charles was a graduate of Hollidaysburg High School and attended Penn State University and King’s College. He was a WWII Army Air Force veteran, serving in the 810th AAF. He retired in 2000 from Danner Supply as a pump mechanic.
Charles was a charter member of Reservoir Bible Church. He enjoyed Bible study, his family, gardening and farming.
