Alexander B. Corle

Alexander Corl served in the Civil War. Unit was 55th Pennsylvania Infantry, company K. He enlisted February 12, 1864, was captured near Drewery’s Bluff May 1864, and was held in a Confederate prisoner of war camp until May 1865. He contracted scurvy during his stay. Their children were Clay, born April 1887, Margaret born 1869, Grace born 1874 and two children I don’t know the names of.
